Good Afternoon. "In the hospital, the mighty hospital, the Seth sleeps tonight"! That is the only tune that is playing here in Iowa City. Seth has literally slept the day away. The nurse says it is good. When the patients do this they don't remember very much of the experience. God knew that. Going into this surgery seemed to be so much worse emotionally for us. He has taken care of everything, even the small stuff (Martha 1).

I thought this would bring a few smiles to Seth's face!
The messages are hand-delivered to patients by staff of volunteers during normal business hours at no charge to sender or recipient.

Dear Vickie and Seth, I have had a time getting to the blog, so I called my life lines, Marilyn Ely and Karin White. Have called out for more prayers from this area. We are standing in the gap. Ron and I cryed to God and prayed and prayed awhile ago. May you both sense the many, many prayers that are going up in your behalf. Saton, you are a jerk, we command you to flee. GO..Be Gone... Oh, how our hearts ache with yours...
